I am writing to share my very positive experiences working with Prostar Contracting. Over the past three years we have completed a soft goods renovation of our guest rooms, meeting space and a complete Lobby renovation. As you can imagine the complexity of these projects requires careful planning and adaptability to ensure limited guest disruption and achieving both schedule and budget. In each phase of our projects the Prostar team performed at the highest level. Typical process followed included: Daily basics included attending operational standup mtgs. Weekly meetings with operations and finance to review project timelines and expenses to budget. Biweekly procurement calls to review supply chain schedules. Coordinated walk throughs with property leadership to review scope and change orders. Punch list walk throughs and completions reviews. Upon completion I am happy to say that Prostar delivered to schedule and came in below Budget. I would highly recommend Prostar and their team of professional leaders who ensured these results.
