I wanted to take this opportunity to commend you and your staff on the renovation project that was completed in a timely and professional manner with very little disruption to our business The main scope of the job was renovation of 200 rooms in the traditional section of the hotel and the complete renovation of the lobby, which included our Ballroom, Restaurant, Lounge, as well as meeting rooms on our fifth floor. The renovation was a difficult and challenging undertaking as we had re-plumbing and sprinkler installation as well as rewiring of the property and installation of all new windows going on at the same time.
